Start Scorpion and open the Default profile (or create a new one).

The default camera is undefined. Double click on the camera, and change it to the Sony camera you have installed. (In our example we have a XCD-V50CR).

The XCD CR series cameras from Sony uses a Bayer coding of the image data.  This is an efficient
coding of color data, enabling the camera to output color frames three times the rate normally available for color cameras. To make this work correctly you have to specify the Bayer decoder to be used.

Select the GBRG format.  Now we are ok.  (almost - if you use the V50, or V50CR 60fps must be reduced to 30fps or lower).

Press the Snapshot button and voila!
