You can give a tool parameter an
alias – a new name. This is i.e. useful for external communication. The
external system thus does not have to relate to Scorpion’s internal
structure.
New names are defined in the
”Label on Syringe” example, as seen below. Distance and Status are
used in command sequences related to states.
