Horizontal binning combines image data for every two horizontal
pixels for increased sensitivity. Vertical binning combines image data
for every two lines for increased sensitivity and frame rate.
It is possible to use partial scan to reduce size of image data.
Within the limits of the native resolution of 1280x1024 pixels, image
start index and image size may be specified for both horizontal and
vertical directions.
