The ParetoX has a property page

You may set font color, size and text for the Title, Sub Title and Left Axis.  The Bottom Axis
is updated with text internally, but you may set the font color and size.  The overall color of the 
drawing surface (Panel) is also configurable.  You can control the color and text size of the Legend
box.  The colors of the left and bottom walls are also available for modification.
