This
tool finds the points of intersection between two circles.
There may be
zero, one or two points of intersection; in the first case the tool will fail
(no intersection); in the
second case the collapsed points will be reported twice (with a count of 1);
in the third case two distinct points are returned (with a count of 2). The
intersection points are in no particular order.
