This event is called when an image is exposed.

This event is rarely called and depend upon the camera driver
properties. Some camera drivers may have some transfer delay after the
image is exposed and the image is transferred into the computer memory. In
time critical systems io-signalling may be set up during this transfer
period.
This event is not used for Firewire and USB cameras.
