Profile backup makes an archived copy of the profile. It is possible to create any number of backups and later restore any version of a backup. To create a backup goto Service->Maintanance as shown in picture below.

To create a profile backup click Backup then select target archive name (a default name will be suggested).

After archive name selection you will be presented an option to add additional comment and select if you want all foders save or just the required ones.

• Comment - Type in or modify archive comment
• Complete backup - If checked backups all image folders and subfolders in the profile. If unchecked then backups only selected profile image folders

A backup can also be done from profile maintanace dialog. To archive profile first select profile to be backed up and select menu item Backup from menu in Profile selection dialog (as shown below). You will be presented a Browse dialog where you can choose file name to be used for archive. After selecting a backup file name you will be presented with Comment dialog as shown above.
