This tool specifies a 3D line to be used by other tools.



Setup


3D coordinate system (for visualization)
  • Reference - select a 3D reference tool to visualize the line.

External data

  • Set to initial value before inspection - Resets the tool's value before every inspection
  • Make external changes permanent - Activating this will make the tool's value persistent
  • Mode - Specify values as either of
    • Vector: Starting point + extent (p+v)
    • End points: Starting point + end point (p+q)
  • Initial value - Initial value defined when configured
  • (image) - transfer values to results
  • (image) - transfer values from results
