This tool picks a point from a 3D line, with optional visualization.



Setup

3D coordinate system

  • Reference - a 3D reference tool

3D Line

  • Tool - tool delivering a 3D line (p and v)
  • Result - tool result to use

Point position

  • Relative to line (0=line start, 1=line end) - point picked from line extent
  • Reference units (absolute length) - point picked from line start and absolute distance
  • Position - relative or absolute
