The STC-0039-EllipseFit2D component is produced by Tordivel AS.
It is used to calculate the ellipse of an input 2D polygon. It can be
used to fit the circle points from RadialArcfinder to an ellipse. This can be
useful to improve the center location of the polygon if the polygon is an
ellipse.
